Apply for a DEF Grant
The mission of the Duxbury Education Foundation (DEF) is to provide grants for innovative educational programs that benefit the students, teachers, or staff of the Duxbury Public School system.
We’re interested in creative ideas and want to seed small ideas as well as large projects.
As a rule, we’re looking to fund grants for one year. Applications are due in late February. In 2017, applications are due by the end of February 2017 - no later than March 1, 2017. The DEF Board of volunteers who serve as Trustees will review the applications at an early March meeting. Questions will be brought back to applicants for refined responses and a final vote on grants will be taken at a mid-April meeting. Grant monies will be released in early May and should be spent within one year.
DEF wants to support the innovative ideas of Duxbury educators.
